We are using a platform called MeetApp which is a complete all-in-one virtual conferencing platform and service.

What we can provide for you is the opportunity to run banner ads throughout the weekend that all attendees will see.  These ads can link to your website, allow attendees to email you directly, or set up a meeting time during the weekend or following week (we’ve been advised that the app Calendly works really well for setting up meetings).  We can also provide the space to have you link in your own Zoom/Teams meeting room for attendees to visit you on breaks.

Pricing would be as follows:

$50 – Banner ad running all weekend

$75 – Banner ad and Zoom room option (link to be provided by you)
